SASSA Takes Services to Fernie Community

The South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) in Mpumalanga is currently viewing the Fernie two Community Hall in Mpuluzi to render expert services on the community.

SASSA is going to be rendering companies such as new social grant applications, change of payment method, customer care enquiries, as well as the Social Relief of Distress (SRD) COVID-19 grant enquiries.

In a statement, the agency stated it really is alarmed with regard to the high quantity of people relying on social grants for survival.
“The aim of the Integrated Registration Outreach Programme SRD [ICROP] is to reach-out to a large variety of clients/beneficiaries to access SASSA services.

“This can be due to lack of infrastructure at Fernie and there's no totally functional office focused on service the area on a regular basis.
